Five stages from first walk-through to warranty. We tell you what is next at every step.
An in-person walk-through. We listen, ask questions, and give an honest read on what is possible and roughly what it tends to cost in your area.
Typically 60–90 minutes
Scope, drawings, selections, and a real number. We work with your designer or architect, or bring in design partners we work with.
Typically 4–8 weeks
Submission, plan-check correspondence, and jurisdictional review. Hillside, coastal-zone, and HOA reviews add time we plan for upfront.
Typically 6–12 weeks
Sequenced work, regular walk-throughs, and clear handoffs between trades. You always know who is responsible and what is next.
Varies by scope
Punch list, final inspections, and a written warranty handover. We come back if something needs attention after move-in.
