Every remodel can encounter delays, surprise costs, scope creep, or communication breakdowns. The contractors worth hiring are the ones willing to talk about those openly — before the project starts.
This page will carry honest answers from the owner about: how we handle delays, how change orders work, what we do when something gets discovered behind a wall, how we communicate when the news is bad, and what our written warranty actually covers.
