About this scope
This page describes the TYPE of exterior and curb-appeal work we build across the Westside and Conejo Valley. Front-of-house work shapes how a home reads from the street and how it greets you when you arrive. Common scope: re-stucco or re-paint, a new entry door package, an exterior lighting plan, a paver walkway, and coordination with the landscape designer on plant selection and irrigation. On many Westside lots a small front-yard hardscape change is paired with a re-grade so water runs the right way.
This is the kind of scope that often runs in parallel with a larger interior remodel — we sequence the exterior work to finish at the same time so the homeowner does not return to the house twice.
