About this scope
This page describes the TYPE of full-home remodel we build across the Westside. A full-home remodel is a sequence problem. Doing the kitchen, the baths, the floors, and the layout changes as one coordinated project saves months versus stacking them one after another — but only if the sequence is planned end-to-end before anyone swings a hammer. We work the structural, MEP, and finish trades around a master schedule so the work flows in the right order and the homeowner is not paying for the same setup-and-takedown three times.
Many Westside whole-home projects involve wall reconfiguration, a roof-line change, or a foundation pin. Older homes routinely surface knob-and-tube wiring, galvanized supply lines, or asbestos in old flooring. We document, photograph, and price these as approved change orders before continuing — no silent surprises at the end.
